Target market: The countries/regions where the product is sold determine safety standards, size systems, and seasons. Product requirements: specific category, age group, expected fabric (such as organic cotton, bamboo fiber), estimated quantity, target price. Reference information: design draft, reference images, size chart, sample or competitor links. 2. Our feedback: Assess the feasibility of the requirements and preliminarily recommend fabrics and processes. Provide a preliminary timeline and process description.
Design and Development - ODM Core Process
1. Market Trend Analysis: Our design team will analyze the latest color, pattern, and style trends based on your target market. 2. Fabric suggestion: Provide a variety of fabric samples for you to choose from. Pattern design: Provide original printed and embroidered patterns. 3. Development technology package: This is the blueprint for production. ODM is produced by us, while OEM is provided by the customer. The content includes: detailed size chart, process description, material details, sewing details, label location, packaging method, etc.

Cost composition: fabric cost, accessory cost, processing cost, special process cost, packaging cost, taxes and fees. Trade terms: Clearly define price terms. 2. Contract signing: Sign a confidentiality agreement and a formal contract. Key terms of the contract: Price and payment method. Delivery time, quality requirements, inspection standards, and liability for breach of contract.
Sample production and confirmation
1. Initial sample: Produce the first sample based on the technical package to confirm the pattern and basic design. 2. Fitting sample: Made with the correct fabric to confirm size accuracy, may be adjusted multiple times. 3. Pre production sample: The last sample before mass production, made with bulk materials on the production line for final approval by the customer. After confirmation, production will officially start.
Mass production and quality inspection
1. Procurement and inspection of raw materials: Purchase bulk raw materials and conduct tests (color fastness, shrinkage rate, pH value, formaldehyde content) to ensure compliance with international standards. 2. Production kickoff meeting: Clarify process requirements and quality priorities to the production team. 3. Online quality inspection: Quality inspectors conduct patrol inspections on the production line to promptly identify problems. 4. Final inspection: After production is completed, a full inspection shall be conducted according to international sampling standards. Inspection contents: process, size, color difference, stains, thread ends, packaging, etc. Provide detailed inspection reports.
Logistics and after-sales service
